KG-NET / CLARITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Privacy.
Controller and contact
The controller for this website is Ilija Benjak, KG-NET, Völkermarkter Straße 280, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria. Please send privacy enquiries to info@kg-net.com.
Enquiries and pre-contract communication
When you use our form, we process the contact, company and project information you provide to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an offer. The source page and available campaign parameters are also transmitted. Enquiries are stored privately in WordPress and forwarded to our contact email. Processing supports steps requested before a contract or our legitimate interest in answering general business enquiries.
Operation and abuse prevention
The hosting provider processes connection data needed to operate the website. The scope and retention of server logs depend on the actual hosting configuration. Form rate limits briefly use a cryptographically derived IP key; the raw IP address is not saved as part of your enquiry. The operator must identify the hosting and email processors actually used before publication.
Automatic language selection
Only the neutral entry address compares the server-provided IP address locally against a country database. AT, DE and CH use German; RS, HR and BA use Serbian; other countries use English. No visitor IP address is sent to the database supplier. Direct language URLs remain accessible. Your manual choice is remembered in the functional kg_language cookie for up to 180 days.
Optional analytics and advertising
If the operator has configured the relevant IDs and you agree, Google Analytics 4 is loaded for website analysis and Google Ads for enquiry measurement. Without the corresponding consent this website does not load those tags. A successfully submitted enquiry can be recorded as a conversion; form contents are not passed to the tags. Google may process device and usage data. The actual Google services, processor arrangements and any international transfers must be documented for the deployed installation.
Maps and external links
Google Maps and Street View load only after an explicit choice. Loading connects to Google and transfers data including your IP address. You can remove a loaded map. WhatsApp, partner and reference links open external services with their own privacy terms.
Retention, consent and your rights
Enquiries are retained for their purpose and applicable legal duties. The operator sets the specific retention period for the installation. The Privacy button at the bottom left lets you change optional consent for future processing. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a competent authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority: https://www.dsb.gv.at.
