The individually accepted offer defines services, timing and prices. Extensions to scope require a separate agreement.

Client cooperation and approval

The client provides necessary content, usage rights, contacts and approved access. Important design and functional decisions are reviewed together.

External services

Hosting, domains, software licenses, advertising budgets and third-party services may have separate terms and renewal periods. The offer identifies relevant costs and responsibilities.

Billing and further terms

Payment schedule, usage rights, maintenance, acceptance and termination depend on the specific agreement and mandatory law. This general description does not replace individually agreed contractual terms.
